Simplify your finance payments
To help simplify your account payment we offer a range of different finance payment options.
Automatic Direct Debit payments from your bank account
Setting up a Direct Debit facility is the easiest option; your regular payments are automatically deducted from your nominated bank account, so you donýt have to remember when to make them. We recommend the automatic Direct Debit option as the most simple and convenient way to make your payments - no payment method fee applies for Direct Debits.
Use the convenience of BPAY
You can also make payments directly from your cheque or savings account by using your financial institutionýs telephone or internet banking service. Simply enter the BPAY Biller code 96826 and your Customer Reference Number. Please note that a payment method fee will apply for BPAY.
In person, by phone or online with POST billpay
You can make repayments in person at any Australia Post outlet. If you are not paying by direct debit you will be issued with an Account Payment card. Simply present your card - which contains your POSTbillpay barcode - and pay with cash, cheque or EFTPOS. POSTbillpay is also available via phone on 13 18 16 or go to www.postbillpay.com.au. All the details you will require to make a payment can be found on your Account Payment Card. Please note that a payment method fee will apply when paying through POSTbillpay and this will need to be included with your payment.
